Coppin Hub ("the app") is a personal application built and used by a single individual, the owner (Max Coppin), for the owner's own household. It is not a public service. This policy explains how the app handles data, including data obtained through Google APIs.
gmail.readonly permission and reads the owner's own messages to identify bills, orders and events. The app
cannot send, modify or delete email.Data is used only to provide the app's features to the owner: showing events, tasks, bills, orders and spending summaries. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
All data is stored on a private server in the owner's home. Access tokens and calendar links are encrypted at rest. Data is not stored on any third-party cloud service.
The owner's data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, and is not read by humans other than the owner, except where required by law.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Gmail is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
The owner can disconnect Gmail at any time from the app's Settings page, which revokes the app's access and removes the stored token. Access can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data can be deleted by the owner at any time.
If the way the app handles data changes, this page will be updated. Questions: maxcoppin@gmail.com.
